Brahim Díaz is back with Real Madrid after his stint with the Moroccan national team at the Africa Cup of Nations, and his return has been warmly welcomed by head coach Álvaro Arbeloa.

Speaking ahead of Real Madrid’s upcoming LaLiga match, Arbeloa shared the importance of having the Moroccan attacker back in the squad and did not hide his admiration for the player’s development.

“I am very happy to have him with us. He has demonstrated his qualities here at Real Madrid, and he proved it in the Africa Cup of Nations. He is a player who can give us a lot. I see him performing well; he possesses great maturity and a strong mentality. We will need him, and we will strive to make the most of his potential,” the manager said.

Brahim returns after an intense AFCON campaign in which Morocco reached the final, and despite the emotional disappointment of the last match, the winger quickly rejoined his club duties. His versatility and ability to operate in tight spaces make him a valuable option as Real Madrid enter a demanding period of the season.

Arbeloa also mentionned Díaz’s attacking qualities and his impact in the final third: “He is a player capable of destabilizing defenses and playing between the lines. I feel he is ready to deliver strong performances.”

With Brahim back in training, Real Madrid gain an extra creative weapon at a crucial moment in their domestic campaign, and the coaching staff clearly believe the Moroccan international is ready to play a key role in the weeks ahead.
