Real Valladolid has officially announced the signing of Moroccan forward Adnane Bensaad Gasmi, securing the 20-year-old on a contract that runs through June 30 2028.
Born in Murcia, Spain, Bensaad holds dual nationality with Morocco and Spain and started his youth career at Atlético Madrid’s academy before moving into senior football with Orihuela CF.
Standing at 1.84 m tall and primarily playing on the left wing or as an attacker, the Morocco-eligible forward is a player with good physical presence and attacking instincts.
Before making his transfer, Bensaad put in some solid work at Orihuela. He got plenty of minutes in the league and showed exactly what he’s capable of, scoring goals and creating real problems for defenders in the Segunda Federación.
Bensaad has also represented Morocco at youth international levels, earning call-ups and gaining experience in competitive matches that have helped raise his profile among scouts across Spain.
Valladolid’s management views Bensaad as a prospect for the future, betting to nurture the young player through competitive minutes with the reserve side and potentially grow into a contributor for the senior team in Spain’s highly competitive Segunda División.
At 20 years old, Adnan Bensaad is a versatile forward who’s just as comfortable on the wing as he is up front. He brings that mix of pace and directness that every team wants in the final third.
He’s got the physical build for high-intensity football but still has that technical touch. Having already played for Morocco at the youth level, it’s clear he’s one to watch for the future.
