Rabat – OCP Group has partnered with Mistral AI through its Bionic program to shift from traditional volume-based operations toward value-focused solutions powered by agentic AI.

The partnership focuses on integrating AI, generative AI (GenAI), and autonomous agent systems into the heart of Rock Solutions Strategic Business Unit’s operations, enabling the company to enhance technological independence while delivering tailored, high-value solutions to both integrated and non-integrated clients.

Rock Solutions maximizes the potential of phosphate rock across the global value chain.

The unit drives OCP’s shift from a volume-focused approach to value creation by providing advanced solutions and business models tailored to the industrial and agricultural needs of clients worldwide.

A key component of the collaboration is the development of an Independent Judge model, which evaluates and governs the AI agents created within the Bionic program. This system ensures that AI-driven decisions remain trustworthy, compliant, and scalable across critical operations.

Alongside this, OCP is deploying a proprietary AI model specifically designed for its ecosystem, allowing the company to unlock value across the phosphate rock supply chain while addressing unique strategic needs.

The partnership also creates opportunities for research and innovation through collaboration with the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P).

This connection not only contributes to Morocco’s technological advancement but also reinforces OCP Group’s global leadership in the phosphate industry.

By combining AI-driven solutions with its expertise in phosphate rock, OCP is positioning Rock Solutions as a transformative force in the global market
