Rabat – Moroccan international Noussair Mazraoui has successfully recovered from injury which kept him out of Manchester United’s clash with AFC Bournemouth in the 31st round of the Premier League.

“Manchester United defender Noussair Mazraoui has recovered from an illness and will link up with Morocco, ahead of their friendlies against Ecuador and Paraguay,” the club stated.

Despite doubts about his current form, Mazraoui has been called up by new head coach Mohamed Ouahbi to join Morocco’s national team ahead of the upcoming friendlies between Ecuador and Paraguay.

Ouahbi emphasized the Moroccan player’s “great versatility,“ able to operate in multiple positions. This makes a great asset for shaping a competitive team.

Morocco will face Ecuador on March 27, at 9:15 p.m. at Madrid’s Stade Riyadh Metropolitano and Paraguay on March 31 at 7 p.m. at Stade Bollaert-Delelis in Lens.

The matches will be broadcast on beIN Sports, beIN Sports MENA, beIN Sports Africa, Arryadia, Al Aoula, DAZN, Fanatiz (in the USA), FuboTV, among other international broadcasters.
