    • 60 people were pardoned from fines.
    • 9 people were pardoned from both imprisonment and fines.

In a notable extension of clemency, 19 individuals convicted in cases related to extremism and terrorism were included, having officially renounced radical ideologies, reaffirmed their commitment to national institutions, and rejected extremist views. Among them:

    • 4 prisoners were pardoned for the remainder of their sentences.
    • 15 prisoners had their sentences reduced.

The ministry stated that this royal pardon reflects the King’s longstanding tradition of mercy during major religious celebrations and Morocco’s commitment to justice, social reconciliation, and the rehabilitation of individuals.
