Mohammedia – Boeing closed 2025 with a strong finish as the aircraft manufacturer reported solid delivery and order figures for December, capping one of its most active years in recent history.

In the final month of the year, the company delivered 63 commercial aircraft, including 45 units of the 737 program and 14 787 Dreamliners.

This marked Boeing’s highest monthly delivery total of 2025, both overall and for each of those two programs, according to figures released by the company.

These December deliveries brought Boeing’s total aircraft deliveries for the full year to 600. It was the manufacturer’s highest annual delivery figure since 2018, when it delivered 806 airplanes, and a notable milestone after several years of production and supply chain challenges.

The 2025 total reflects a steady ramp-up across key programs and consistent output toward the end of the year.

On the orders side, Boeing recorded 175 gross aircraft orders in December, while eight orders were canceled during the same period.

After applying standard accounting adjustments under ASC 606, the company posted 174 net orders for the month.

For the full year, Boeing reported 1,173 net orders after adjustments, making 2025 the fifth-best year for net orders in the company’s history.

Stephanie Pope, president and chief executive officer of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, said the company’s teams focused throughout the year on improving the timely delivery of safe and high-quality aircraft to customers worldwide.

She added that the company remains committed to continuous improvement and acknowledged the ongoing trust placed in Boeing by its airline customers.

The combined delivery and order performance underscored 2025 as a pivotal year for Boeing’s commercial aviation business, with activity levels reaching their highest point in several years.
