Ai Everything MEA Egypt to Showcase Deployed Mobility, Healthcare and Computing Systems

Mohammedia – Egypt is set to host the AI Everything MEA Egypt 2026, a major regional technology gathering, which will take place in Cairo on February 11-12. The event will be held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center and is expected to bring together more than 350 enterprises and startups from over 30 countries.

According to organizers, the event will place a strong emphasis on deployed systems and operational use cases rather than policy announcements or conceptual discussions.

Companies participating in the exhibition are expected to present production-scale technologies already in use across sectors, including mobility, healthcare, and computing infrastructure.

Egyptian startups raised more than $339 million in the first half of 2025, accounting for 31% of total startup funding across Africa, according to event organisers.

Among the confirmed exhibitors is Brightskies, which plans to showcase an autonomous driving platform developed and tested in Egypt. The company describes the system as locally built and focused on advanced driving capabilities in controlled environments, marking one of the few mobility-focused demonstrations at the event.

Healthcare-related applications will also feature, with THAKAA presenting an Arabic-language platform designed for senior leadership teams. The company says its system is already deployed at the world’s largest children’s cancer hospital, where it supports operational and administrative workflows.

Organizers note that the demonstration reflects a broader focus on applied technology within public service environments.

Infrastructure providers are also expected to highlight locally deployed systems. NtegralOne Solutions will present high-performance AI stations designed to enable companies, startups, and researchers to run advanced workloads without relying exclusively on overseas data centers. The company positions the technology as a response to growing demand for domestic computing capacity.

Alongside the exhibition, the event will host a closed-door summit focused on national and enterprise-scale computing, deployment challenges, and digital infrastructure.

Speakers are expected to include representatives from the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the UN Environment Programme, as well as executives from global computing firms.

While the event is positioned as a showcase of progress, some participants have privately pointed to ongoing challenges around access to advanced computing resources and experienced technical talent, particularly outside major urban centres. These constraints continue to shape the pace and scale of technology deployment in the region.

Ai Everything Middle East and Africa Egypt is presented by GITEX and hosted by Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in partnership with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency.

The event aligns with Egypt’s national AI strategy, with organisers stating that the focus in Cairo will remain on systems already in operation rather than future commitments.
