Agent Hints at Real Madrid Dream While Confirming Content with PSG

Rabat — Achraf Hakimi’s agent Alejandro Camano has sparked speculation about a potential Real Madrid reunion, though he insists the PSG star remains committed to the French capital for now.

Camano sat down with Sport Mediaset in Italy to discuss where his client stands. Reporters pressed him about whether Hakimi might one day return to Real Madrid.

Camano chose his words carefully: “Right now, Achraf’s entire focus is on recovering from injury and getting back to playing. He’s content in Paris and signed through 2029.”

Then came the twist — he noted that “football never follows a straight path” and acknowledged that Real Madrid “will always mean something special to him — it’s where he learned the game and launched his career.”

Camano made these remarks nine months after Hakimi extended his stay at PSG. The comments walk a fine line as they acknowledge the player’s deep roots at the Spanish club while stressing his importance to Paris.

PSG views the Moroccan as indispensable to manager Luis Enrique. He consistently delivers elite performances and drives the team’s attack from his right-back position.

The defender claimed the 2025 African Ballon d’Or this week, marking a career milestone. But the achievement comes during a challenging period.

A Champions League clash left him sidelined with an ankle injury after a challenge from Luis Díaz.

Now he’s grinding through rehab with one goal in mind: to return in time to captain Morocco at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations on home territory.

The 26 year old faces pressure on multiple fronts — recovering quickly enough to lead his nation at a tournament on Moroccan soil, all while whispers about his future at club level refuse to fade away.
