Rabat – In addition to Doha flights, Moroccan carrier Royal Air Maroc (RAM) said today that flights from and to Dubai are also canceled through March 15.
The decision is due to rising escalation in the Middle East as war between the US, Israel, and Iran entered its tenth day.
“Our teams remain fully mobilized and continue to closely monitor the situation to ensure a safe resumption of operations as soon as conditions allow,” the airline said on X.
It also urged passengers whose flights have been canceled not to go to the airport, but instead call the point of sales they booked flights or the company’s call center for more information.
Royal Air Maroc took a similar decision last week, announcing flights from and to Doha were canceled through March 15.
Dubai has been among the countries under threat of missiles and attacks since the US and Israel launched its strikes onTehran February 28.
The war was also expanded, with Israel continuing its attacks on Lebanon since March 2. Lebanon’s death toll has reached 486, with the strikes injuring an additional 1,313 people.
Meanwhile, Iran also carried out new missile attacks on central and northern Israel today, according to Al Jazeera.
Regarding its attacks on US assets, Iran said it does not want to harm ordinary Americans “who overwhelmingly voted to end involvement in costly foreign wars.”
The regime blames the US and Israel for surging gas prices, costly mortgages, among other challenges.
