Rabat – TUI fly Belgium will launch a new direct air link between Casablanca and Barcelona during the summer of 2026, strengthening travel ties between Morocco and Spain at the height of the holiday season.

The seasonal service is scheduled to run from July 2 through August 31, with two flights per week connecting Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca and Barcelona–El Prat Airport.

The route will operate on Thursdays and Sundays, offering travelers a non-stop option between the two cities at a time of peak demand for Mediterranean destinations.

One-way fares are advertised from approximately MAD 659.89 ($72.21), positioning the service as an accessible option for summer leisure travel.

The addition of the Casablanca–Barcelona connection expands TUI fly Belgium’s presence in the Spanish market while providing Moroccan travelers with a direct gateway to Catalonia’s capital.

Barcelona remains one of Europe’s most visited urban destinations. Known for its beaches, architecture, and cultural attractions, the city draws millions of international visitors each year.

The new service is designed to facilitate short stays and extended holidays alike, linking two major Mediterranean hubs with strong historical and economic ties.

The launch comes as airlines continue to adjust their summer schedules to meet demand across Europe and North Africa. By introducing a direct link between Casablanca and Barcelona, TUI fly Belgium adds capacity during a period when passenger traffic traditionally rises, particularly among leisure travelers.

Flights are available for booking through the airline’s usual sales channels, with the service set to operate throughout the core summer travel window.
