RS Berkane’s ‘Orange Boys’ Call for Massive Support Ahead of AS FAR Clash

The Orange Boys, the main supporters’ group of RS Berkane, have issued a strong rallying call ahead of their side’s decisive second-leg clash against AS FAR in the semi-finals of the CAF Champions League.

Under the slogan “For history, RS Berkane,” the group urged fans to turn out in force at the Municipal Stadium in Berkane this Saturday, describing the encounter as a defining moment in the club’s continental journey.

First leg left everything to play for

The first leg in Rabat ended without a decisive outcome, leaving qualification finely balanced ahead of the return fixture. While both sides showed tactical discipline and intensity, neither managed to gain a clear advantage, setting the stage for a high-stakes showdown in Berkane.

That result has only heightened the importance of home support, with the second leg now seen as the ultimate test of both teams’ ambitions to reach the final.

    A Call for Unwavering Support

In their statement, the Orange Boys reflected on their trip to Rabat, describing it as a powerful demonstration of the “Tabarkani spirit” — a mix of loyalty, discipline, and deep-rooted attachment to the club.

Despite organizational difficulties that left many supporters outside the stadium due to sold-out tickets, the group praised the fans’ conduct and commitment, emphasizing that devotion to the club’s orange colors remained unwavering.

Building on that momentum, the supporters’ group has now called for an exceptional level of backing in the return leg, urging fans to create what they describe as “the saga of the year.” Their message is continuous chanting, pressure on the opposition, and full engagement for the entire 90 minutes could be decisive in securing qualification.

    Beyond sporting support

The Orange Boys’ appeal goes beyond symbolic encouragement. Their objective is to transform the Municipal Stadium into a hostile environment for the visitors, using crowd energy as a strategic tool to influence the match.

By calling for sustained pressure and vocal intensity, the group aims to push the team forward while unsettling the opposition, effectively turning fan support into a competitive advantage.

Their statement also reflects strong confidence in the team’s continental stature, highlighted by the slogan: “RSB rules the continent” — a declaration of ambition as much as belief.

    Eyes on the final

The supporters concluded with a unifying message. “To the final, we are worthy of it, and it belongs to us,” they stressed, underlining their conviction that RS Berkane can rise to the occasion.

With a place in the CAF Champions League final at stake, Saturday’s clash is shaping up to be one of the most important matches in the club’s history, one where the outcome may depend as much on the atmosphere in the stands as on the action on the pitch.
