Key Trio’s Return to Training Boosts Barcelona’s End-of-Season Morale

Rabat – Barcelona three key players, Raphinha, Marc Bernal and Andreas Christensen joined the squad’s training today after being sidelined with injuries, the team stated on their official website.

The trio joined in for part of the training session with the rest of the squad. Their return is a big boost for the team’s form as the season reaches its final stages.

Raphinha is back on the field after missing five weeks due to a hamstring injury. Meanwhile, Marc Bernal is also finishing his recovery from an ankle problem and is very close to playing in matches again.

Andreas Christensen is also nearing full fitness after a long time away. The Danish defender had been out with a knee ligament injury, but he finally rejoined the rest of the group for Wednesday’s practice.

Even though they are back at work, the club is not rushing them, as it is still too early to know if they will play in Saturday’s match against Osasuna in El Sadar Stadium.

According to Marca, the plan is to give all three players minutes in the Clásico, providing them a chance to celebrate the league title on the pitch, either as already crowned champions or by clinching the trophy directly if they win against Real Madrid.

Even though the season is almost over and the main goals are mostly decided, this is still a big win for the Catalan side, giving players a chance to get back into rhythm and find their form.

Regaining full fitness now ensures these players are ready for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, starting on June 11. The tournament will be hosted across the United States, Mexico, and Canada, making a healthy recovery essential for the players to represent their nations in top form.
