The Director General of Police in Jammu and Kashmir, Nalin Prabhat, on Wednesday, 12 November 2025, issued an official notice which attached the properties of ex-Bar chief Mian Abdul Qayoom under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), reported the news agency PTI.
