Casablanca – Morocco’s innovation in the telecom sector will be all the focus April 3 in Casablanca, when inwi will host the 13th edition of its flagship event inwiDAYS.

As with other major digital summit’s this year, the gathering places artificial intelligence at the forefront. Under the theme “Artificial Intelligence: Catalyst for Innovation and Business Performance,” the event will explore how AI technologies are reshaping business operations and driving competitiveness across sectors.

Moroccan startups integrating artificial intelligence into their solutions within inwi’s strategic innovation areas were invited to participate. Selected projects will be given the opportunity to present their solutions before a panel of experts during the pitch sessions scheduled within the event.

A key highlight of the upcoming edition is the participation of Rachid Guerraoui, an internationally recognized expert in artificial intelligence. As the event’s keynote speaker, he is expected to bring both academic depth and strategic insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping AI-driven innovation.

The 13th edition of the event will also shine a spotlight on emerging talents through inwiDays Awards, which will distinguish five high-potential Moroccan startups. Winners will receive tailored strategic support from inwi’s business experts, working alongside experienced coaches and industry specialists.

Selected finalists will benefit from strategic mentoring provided by AI, business, and innovation experts, as well as bootcamps and practical workshops designed to refine their solutions and prepare them for market entry.

They will also have the opportunity to co-develop Proofs of Concept (PoC) with inwi, enabling real-world testing and validation of their innovation’s impact, alongside valuable visibility and networking opportunities with investors, partners, and key ecosystem leaders.

The objective of the initiative is fast-tracking the development of impactful local AI solutions through funded partnerships with the operator.

Beyond the annual event, inwi maintains close collaborations with startups emerging from its various initiatives. To date, over 200 purchase orders have been initiated by inwi’s internal teams, reflecting a concrete commitment to integrating local innovation into the operator’s projects.

While the event itself marks a key moment in the calendar, it is part of a longer trajectory. Since its launch in 2012, inwiDAYS has gradually positioned itself as a space where Morocco’s digital ambitions take shape.
