Hakimi Returns to Full Fitness Ahead of Champions League Semi-Final Against Bayern Munich

Rabat – Achraf Hakimi has been declared fit in time for the UEFA Champions League semi-final, handing Paris Saint-Germain a crucial boost ahead of their first-leg clash against Bayern Munich.

The Moroccan international had initially sparked concern after being forced off at halftime during PSG’s recent win over Angers, casting doubt over his availability for the high-stakes European encounter. But those worries have now eased.

According to Le Parisien, Hakimi has made a swift recovery and is expected to start the semi-final, with the defender set to participate fully in the team’s final training sessions.

The positive news extends beyond Hakimi. Both Nuno Mendes and Vitinha are also nearing full fitness, further strengthening PSG’s options.

For head coach Luis Enrique, the timing couldn’t be better. With nearly a complete squad available, PSG approaches the semi-final at the Parc des Princes with confidence and momentum.

What once appeared to be a potential setback has turned into a major boost for the French side, who now look well-equipped for their clash against Bayern. With Hakimi back in contention, PSG gains not only defensive stability but also a key attacking outlet on the right flank. This asset could prove decisive in their push toward the Champions League final.
