‘Brahim Díaz Can Be Useful in Different Positions’

Real Madrid coach Álvaro Arbeloa has pointed out how much he values Brahim Díaz’s versatility. He sees the Moroccan star as a chameleon on the pitch, capable of changing his role whenever the match situation calls for it.

Speaking in the pre-match press conference ahead of Real Madrid’s La Liga match with Valencia, Arbeloa said, “Brahim Díaz can play in midfield, between the lines, and can link up with his teammates. He is a very talented player, and his role changes according to the demands of the match. He can be useful in different positions and in multiple situations.”

These comments from Arbeloa come at a time when everyone is talking about Brahim’s lack of minutes on the pitch. Even with all his talent, the 25-year-old just hasn’t been able to nail down a starting spot this season, mostly coming off the bench in La Liga and cup games. Arbeloa’s praise shows the club still values the Moroccan’s tactical flexibility, even if he isn’t getting the playing time fans think he deserves.

Rumors about Brahim’s future have been heating up lately, with a few Premier League teams keeping a close eye on his situation in case Real Madrid decides to let him go. Clubs like Newcastle, Tottenham, and Aston Villa are all reportedly interested in signing the versatile attacking midfielder.

But he looks set to remain at Real Madrid for the time being, with no loan deal confirmed during the winter window. Arbeloa’s public endorsement suggests the club may still plan to integrate Diaz strategically for the remainder of the season.
