Moroccan rising star Hajar Saïd is attracting growing interest from Paris Saint-Germain Féminine ahead of the 2026 summer transfer window. The 20-year-old AS FAR player has been one of the biggest names in African women’s football this season, and her recent performances at both club and international level have reportedly caught the attention of PSG’s recruitment department.

Currently under contract with AS FAR, Saïd has become a central figure in the Rabat-based side’s domestic and continental ambitions. Born on May 21, 2005, she operates primarily as a midfielder but has also shown impressive versatility, capable of playing as a defensive midfielder or in central defense.

Her profile has strengthened significantly during the 2025–26 season, particularly after AS FAR’s strong performances in the CAF Women’s Champions League and their participation in the FIFA Women’s Champions Cup.

Continental success and rising international status

Saïd played a huge role in AS FAR’s continental run in November 2025, contributing heavily throughout the tournament. She scored an important goal during the qualifiers that helped secure qualification for the FIFA Women’s Champions Cup finals.

Her performances continued on the global stage in early 2026, where she featured for the full 90 minutes against international powerhouses such as Arsenal Women and NJ/NY Gotham FC.

Saïd is no stranger to French football. She previously had a stint with FC Girondins de Bordeaux Féminines in 2023 before returning to Morocco, where she re-established herself as a key player at AS FAR.

Internationally, she earned her first senior call-up with Morocco in October 2025, having earlier represented her country at the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in 2022 and the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup in 2024.

At 20 years old, she combines physical presence with strong game intelligence. Her knack for reading the game, with her composure on the ball and the ability to slide between defense and midfield, makes her exactly the kind of tactically flexible player top clubs are looking for.

The summer window is approaching and Hajar Saïd’s future could be one of the main transfer stories in Moroccan women’s football.
