    Morocco Dominates Scotland 12‑1 at Croatia Tournament

    Rabat—Morocco’s futsal team put on a show on Thursday, January 22, overwhelming Scotland 12‑1 at the “Futsal Week” international tournament in Labin, Croatia. 

    From the first whistle, the Atlas Lions dominated the game, showing sharp attacking play and tight control of the ball.

    Idriss Raiss Fenni was the star of the match, scoring four goals, while Othmane El Idrissi and Naoufel Aberkane each added two. 

    Other scorers included Sofiane Mesrar, Reda Madih, Sofiane Bourit, and Youssef Bensalam, helping Morocco rack up an impressive double-digit win.

    This victory is an encouraging sign as Morocco prepares for upcoming international competitions under coach Hicham Dguig. The team looks sharp and confident, and fans are excited about what this squad could achieve in the coming months.

    The “Futsal Week” tournament runs from January 22–25 and features eight national teams, including Greenland, Romania, Malta, Turkiye, San Marino, and Switzerland. 

    Morocco’s dominant performance sends a clear message: they are serious contenders on the international futsal stage.
